Mounting of stress on management graduates and its effect on their performance

Abstract: In both the therapeutic and academics quarters, the study of stress in human being has always been a thought provoking concern for discourse and analysis. The phrase 'stress development' is inescapably intertwined with our everyday life but the exact nature of such mounting of stress on human beings is not universal in its nature. There are assortments of somato-psychological changes which are evident on the stress object. This study attempts to investigate the various behavioural, socio-cultural and economic grounds which are conducive in the process of acute stress development among the management students. For the specific purpose of the research convenience sampling method is used. The researchers used confirmatory factor analysis to analyse the data collected from the management students. The major findings of the study are that the personal psycho-demographic factors are the most important among all the factors which are conducive of stress development among the students.
