Abstract:
The main objective of this paper is to introduce the South East Europe (SEE) markets as a valuable alternative for western companies in terms of both growing demand and resources availability. The privatisation process, as the main mode of entry, is discussed as well. By examining available literature on this topic, the paper is expected to create insight into the benefits as well as alternatives to risks in the SEE market management. The analysis shows that SEE market has great unused potential and if executed properly, expansion to the region can prove to be very beneficial for the company.
