Abstract:
By advancement of new technologies, employees of an organisation can form a network structure that every employee may influence each other in a relational way. The accumulation and interaction of such relationship is creating a company's 'social capital'. Social capital is embodied in many ways by creating business value. We find out that one of this business values that social capital creates is innovation. There are many factors involved in the relationship of network body of organisation and innovation. Our study revealed that the most important factor in creation of innovation networks is information flow.
