Investigating the relationship among self-leadership strategies by association rules mining

Abstract: The aim of this study is to survey the relationship among self-leadership strategies by association rules. The statistical population includes students of the University of Isfahan out of which, 367 has been randomly selected for filling questionnaire. After collecting data, the relationship between self-leadership strategies has been investigated by association rules. Findings indicate that there are relationships among self-goal setting and self-cueing; self-reward and self-punishment; self-observation and natural reward; beliefs and self-observation; beliefs and self-observation; beliefs and natural reward, and self-speaking and mental imagery.
