Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to develop a model for the success of information systems in sports organisations. This research is based on modelling the structural equations based on the conceptual model derived from the DeLone and McLean research. This model consists of six variables namely system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits, which are derived from Sirsat and Sirsat (2016) research. To implement the model, the statistical population included all the staff of the sport departments of Iran. After data collection, the model constructs were modified using of the measurement model. In the final stage and based on the collected data, the conceptual model was implemented, which had a very bad fit; after implementing some necessary reforms, the model of the success of IS in sports organisations was presented and confirmed.
