Abstract:
ERP systems can assist businesses combine data from all corporate areas and enable centralised resource management to simplify the presentation of data, hence facilitating decision-making. However, software alone can not improve the ERP implementation efficiency of a corporation. This research aims to determine the efficiency level of business processes on the manufacturing company, before and after the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The results of this study can be used by the company as a reference for evaluating the impact of ERP system implementation on business process efficiency. It is found that business processes after the ERP system implementation are more efficient compared to that prior to the ERP system implementation.
