As a result, a cross-sectional research design was conducted with questionnaire data generated from 155 employees of three different banks from both East and Peninsular Malaysia through a simple random sampling technique. The questionnaires were distributed through drop-off and pick procedure and the data was analysed using the SMARTPLS analysis technique. Overall, the result shows that the employees' job security in a multi-ethnic environment significantly influences organisational performance.
