Abstract:
This study aims to observe the relationship of each component, which is the structure, conduct, and performance of the ICT company. Furthermore, the objective of this research is designed to see the impacts of the structure of the industry and the behaviour of the company towards ICT company performance as well. To observe the related variables in the framework, therefore, this study uses the path analysis model with Smart PLS tool. This research involved 64 ICT companies and the research sample is representative of each ICT company that has a top management position, such as chief executive officer, chief marketing officer, chief technical officer, and others. Data collection methods using questionnaires and interviews. The findings of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between market orientation, product development process, and the company's financial performance. This is in line with the finding from previous studies, that there is a positive relationship between both market orientation and product development process and corporate financial performance. However, the analysis of this study concludes that the main driver of company performance is the process factor, which is measured through product development and pricing of products or services offered by the company.
