Based on this, the study compares the level of the impact of innovation with other factors such as communication systems, management styles, external support, and work environment. The research results indicate that innovative practices are an important factor in contributing to increasing labour productivity. However, in this study, labour productivity is more strongly influenced by the management style of labour users, but it has a greater impact than communication systems, external support, and work environment.
