Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate how improvements in different collaborative SMEs contexts can be eased by applying a common methodology. Considering that a large amount of different management aspects are involved in the configuration of collaborative environments, multiple management methods are proposed to support companies in establishing their networks. A common roadmap is applied to four case studies to support implementation of ICT applications. The methodology can be extended and applied to other European virtual enterprises different in branches and cultural background.
