Katarzyna Czop and Agnieszka Leszczynska

International Journal of Business and Systems Research, 2009, vol. 3, issue 3, 330-350

Abstract: The paper assumes that internal entrepreneurship, innovativeness and creativity of employees and an organisation itself – are all linked, bearing upon the performance of the organisation in terms of its competitiveness, effectiveness or profitability. The paper points to the need of an integrated approach in examining internal entrepreneurship, innovativeness and creativity and their impact on the performance of an organisation. Consequently, we have proposed a model presenting relationships among the above-mentioned categories. The description of the model and the results of its verification are the subject of this paper.
