Abstract:
Diplomacy, particularly efficient economic diplomacy, is an important factor in managing economic crises. Its role is especially important for the improvement of the balance of payments, for the accomplishment of development project with the help of foreign net investments and with this the revitalisation of economic growth and the creation of new jobs. Governments, with the active cooperation of the economy, have to design clear anti-crisis strategies and take advantage of the priority markets. This is also the programme framework for the concrete functioning of the entire diplomatic apparatus (the diplomatic-consular missions networks) for the implementation of efficient economic tasks.
