International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, 2001, vol. 1, issue 1, 1-21
Abstract:
This paper examines the Schumpeterian tradition of analysis concerning innovation, entrepreneurship, and the firm, and finds in general that it is deficient (particularly from a managerial perspective regarding these matters). To remedy these deficiencies, a "post-Schumpeterian" framework is proposed, based on four key elements: Knowledge Creation; Knowledge Protection; Collaborative Business Arrangements for Knowledge Creation; and Diffused Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Management.
Keywords: innovation; entrepreneurship; Schumpeter; knowledge creation; knowledge protection; collaborative business arrangements; diffused entrepreneurship; entrepreneurial management. (search for similar items in EconPapers)
