Investment and innovation activities of enterprises under the conditions of market economy

Abstract:
The paper discusses the principles of establishing the investment and innovation activities of enterprises in conditions of a market economy and the evaluation methods of such activities. From the same basis, demand for investment in manufacturing as well as non-manufacturing sectors is also considered. The paper concludes with a discussion on the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Russia.
