Abstract:
This study takes an empirical approach with the view to finding the relationship between business plans and corporate performance in its analysis of Korea's Small and Mid-sized Enterprises (SMEs). For this study, the authors extracted five components of business plans and three kinds of corporate performances through the study of literatures and preliminary examination. The results showed that a good corporate performance is to be had only under an excellent plan and by following excellent implementation.
