Abstract:
Digital technology in the digital age changes the way people live, interact and work. Digital transformation in business improves the performance, profit and customer satisfaction. Digital commerce integrates digital technology in all arenas of business which change the business operation, customer experience and agility for delivering value to customers. Digital commerce changes the way consumer makes their purchase decision. The enterprise should understand the perspective of digital commerce in business process to foresee the technological impact on integrating business function and process. Digital/electronic commerce reduces a lot of overhead in the economy.
