Challenges for Chinese enterprises on the basis of competition rules of the Olympic market

Abstract:
This paper attempts to research and summarise the system of competition rules for the Olympic market according to the Olympic Charter, the host city contract, the candidate city report, intellectual property protection laws, and related academic literature. Additionally, this paper tries to analyse the challenges and opportunities that Chinese enterprises face in the competitive Olympic market to familiarise these enterprises with the rules, allows them to study these experiences for their own future development, as well as maintain a sustainable and healthy developing market. Most importantly, this paper analyses rules-making and their application in reforming the competition rules of the Olympic market in terms of their conformation to widely accepted international regulations.
