Abstract:
Universities are the main base of knowledge product and dissemination in the knowledge economy era, compared with enterprises, no matter in the aspects of the knowledge's depth and width, the enterprises are incomparable. The foundation and maintain of universities' competitive advantages depend on the performance of the knowledge transfer, especially the tacit knowledge transfer. This paper has built the university teachers tacit knowledge transfer influence factors model from the basic perspective of knowledge transfer. The positive study has hand out questionnaires, listed 97 questions related, has taken advantage of SPSS statistical software, and has analysed the influence factors of university teachers' tacit knowledge transfer by the two-factor variance analysis principle.
