Abstract:
The concept of performance includes of combination of employee behaviour and productivity as basic characteristics that influence the achievement of organisational goals. Submitted study was commissioned by the Trade Metal Company, operating on the market of Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation in the area of small business. The aim of the research is to diagnose the organisational climate and personal performance with using of mixed quantitative and qualitative methods to identify 'weaknesses' and improve individual work. Results of research can be used for improving organisational environment for the reaching of individual staff performance.
