Abstract:
This theoretical research explores the relationship between the intensive activities of mergers and acquisitions in the high technology industry and the entrepreneurial activities led by technology entrepreneurs and managers. Furthermore, the research explains and highlights the relationship of acquisitions and entrepreneurship with innovation, the creation of new technologies and venture capital, in the context of a national system of innovation, using insights from the high technology industry.
