Abstract: As a new innovation method, green innovation can help technology-based SMEs to establish a green image and gain technological initiative, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness. To understand the relationship between low-carbon services and corporate performance in this context, this paper makes assumptions about the influencing factors of green innovation in technology-based SMEs from four levels of government, enterprise, market and society, and uses green dynamic capability as an intermediate variable. This paper discusses the relationship between green innovation and competitive advantage, analyses and hypothesises the role of green innovation capability on green innovation and competitive advantage of technology-based SMEs. The results of the study found that under the background of green entrepreneurship, enterprises used low-carbon service innovation, the performance of enterprises increased by more than 20%. This shows that low-carbon service innovation can improve the performance of enterprises under certain conditions.
