Abstract:
In the article, the fundamental problems of cooperation between developed countries and transformation countries in Central and Eastern Europe are discussed. Due to the research carried out in this connection, both positive and also negative development trends were analysed. The results obtained in the above-mentioned research also permitted recommendations to be made for the improvement of the effectiveness of cooperation.
