Abstract:
This article overviews cooperation between Central and Eastern European countries and developed countries on energy and environmental conservation. Problems of energy conservation during transition as well as methodological problems of cooperation are presented. The problems resulting from EU accession and the creation of the International Center for Energy and Environmental Policy for Central and Eastern Europe Countries are discussed.
