Russia's energy in the first half of the 21st century: forecasts, trends, problems

Abstract: The paper deals with a quantitative estimation of Russia's energy development in the first half of the 21st century. It shows the potential structural changes in the fuel and energy complex (FEC) of the country and the resulting dynamics of greenhouse gas emission growth.
