F.A. Polyvoda and V.I. Kabakov

International Journal of Global Energy Issues, 2004, vol. 22, issue 1, 64-70

Abstract: In the present paper, two construction methods for observing safety of catalytic boilers with fixed and fluidised bed are presented. They are connected with using the fuel nozzles cooled by water and the flame extinction filters. The experiments confirmed their positive effect. The article also contains the descriptions of some features of catalytic thermal power plants concerning their capacity and arrangement.
