Abstract:
Global energy model GEM-10R has been used to analyse the possible conditions and scale of using space and terrestrial solar power plants in the long-term perspective (up to the end of the 21st century). Different external conditions, when these alternative energy technologies may be feasible, have been revealed and discussed.
