Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the relationship between organisational members' leisure and entertainment cultural aesthetics, healing effects, and organisational identification. The respondents were those with experience in organisational work and activities. A total of 361 valid questionnaires were collected. By factor analysis, leisure and entertainment cultural aesthetics are divided into two categories: expressive leisure and artistic leisure; healing effects are divided into the perception of happiness and positive healing; organisational identification is divided into only one main factor, named organisational identification. The findings showed that organisational members' leisure and entertainment cultural aesthetics have a significant positive correlation with organisational identification; healing effects also showed a significant positive correlation with organisational identification; healing effects have no moderating effects on the relationship between leisure and entertainment cultural aesthetics and the organisation identification; healing effects have partial mediating effects on the relationship between leisure and entertainment cultural aesthetics and organisational identification.
