A study on impact of key factors affecting buying behaviour of residential apartments: a case study of Noida and Greater Noida

Abstract:
This research attempts to discover the major key factors affecting the buying decisions of customers to buy residential apartments in Noida and Greater Noida. The sample consisted of those respondents who either bought an apartment in the previous year or were planning to buy in the upcoming years. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The collected data were analysed with the help of SPSS. The result shows that the most important affecting factor is 'structure and design' among other factors. Further, the study suggested that real estate marketers should give importance to the extracted factor while offering apartments in the market.
