Theories of leadership in business: Thirukkural perspective

Abstract:
The study presents Thirukkural's perspective on the aspects of leadership theories in business. Leadership theories in business may be recognised as a method of managing various company tasks, including great man and trait theory, behavioural theory, contingent and situational theory, and transactional and transformational theory. Organisations throughout the globe have been using leadership ideas for decades. Thirukkural is one of the purest and noblest representations of human thinking; Thiruvalluvar is one of the world's great genii. To comprehend which disclosures about reading texts, the essay uses a scale called hermeneutics, research, and theory. Thirukkural promotes a cognisance and leadership-based strategy to corporate organisations, according to this article. This article highlights the Thirukkural perspective of leadership theories in business. Future studies should look at other areas such as stress management, time management and human resource management.
