Predicting work engagement by workplace spirituality with mediating role of organisational commitment

Abstract:
The primary aim of this research is to investigate the influence of workplace spirituality on organisational commitment. The scale was adopted in the construction of a questionnaire with the aim of investigating the model. The study obtained a total of 417 valid replies from participants living in urban areas, all of whom have at least two years of professional work experience. The PLS-4 system was deployed for empirical analysis, and the findings reveal a significant impact of workplace spirituality on organisational commitment and job engagement. This research is expected to provide advantages for individuals in, practitioners in the field, and policymakers.
