Field development in change management: how information systems contribute to the process of organisational change

Abstract:
This paper discusses various fields, including existing and newly developed research areas in Information Systems (IS) and change management. The historical view of the organisational change study is illustrated to show the need of information system integration into such important research discipline. This paper also indicates several newly developed and integrated research contents in this important field.
