Abstract:
In order to manage human resource information safely and effectively, this paper studies the human resource management model based on blockchain technology. The client node obtains the human resource information through the intelligent terminal, submits it to the SDK access node, encrypts and signs it with the encryption algorithm, and then transmits it to the blockchain network. The consistency node of the blockchain network uses the improved practical byzantine fault tolerance (PBFT) consistency algorithm to pack the information into blocks, complete the charging process and broadcast it to the master node. The master node broadcasts the billing copy to the storage node to complete the secure storage of human resource information. The experimental results show that the model has advantages in human resource information encryption, submission and new user identity authentication. The model provides guarantee for the effective implementation of human resource management.
