Abstract:
In order to improve the teaching effect of innovative talents training, a modular innovative talents training teaching mode is constructed under the background of integration of production and education. First, analyse the problems existing in the modular teaching mode, and then analyse the causes of the problems. Second, determine the necessity of the integration of modular production and teaching. Finally, explain the connotation of the categorical teaching modular relationship, analyse the main factors of talent cultivation by using the analytical method, and construct a modular teaching mode by combining consistency and coverage indicators. The case analysis shows that the consistency of conditional variables does not reach 0.9, which indicates that variables are not necessary for high performance. After the application of this model, students' scores have been improved by more than 10 points, and the proportion of difference in scores has reached 0.14, which verifies that this model has a higher teaching effect.
