Abstract:
In all organisations, the transition from strategy development to strategy implementation requires a change in responsibilities. Petropars has been chosen as a real case in the oil and gas industry. In this research, we have tried to address the fundamental problems of private companies in implementing strategic management, And in interviews with the top managers and experts of Petropars Company, some of the main barriers to implementation of strategic management were identified. In this paper, a quality-performance-based approach is proposed. Using the fuzzy method, different parts of the house of quality, and the relationship of the stakeholders' desire to improve barriers, are removed from linguistic and ambiguous strategies with strategic actions, How to use both the house of quality (HOQ) and fuzzy logic, and adding four new fuzzy parts to the quality house, and finally, using the quality home, the transformation of barriers to implementing strategic management to the improvement strategies is presented in Table 12.
