Abstract:
Equipment maintenance duration is an important indicator of equipment maintenance management, and it is a key factor to measure the success or failure of a maintenance project. In view of inaccurate estimation and frequent changes in schedule, this paper considers the characteristics of many uncertain factors and studies the duration estimation of equipment maintenance from the perspective of risk analysis. Based on the new method (AHP-FIE risk analysis) with analysing the characteristics of practical case and optimising the estimated duration value, the goal of reasonably shortening duration can be achieved. The analysis results provide theoretical and practical reference for equipment maintenance duration optimisation management.
