Abstract: Indian software industry has attracted considerable global attention in recent times primarily because of its phenomenal growth in the last decade. The industry's big firms are growing at a decent rate. However, a software company's growing business, associates with it, many challenges to the management. Challenges lie mainly in sustaining and furthering the growth rate. In order to keep pace with the desired growth rate, many issues related to management of project development could suffer, which might have a telling effect on the firm's long-term business prospects. This paper attempts to investigate the effect of this business growth on project management issues with the help of System Dynamics (SD) modelling.
