Process selection for Business Process Management in a mobile telecommunications company

Abstract: This study presents a framework of process selection for adapting a Business Process Management (BPM) system, named entrue Process Assessment Model (enPAM) and uses a case study that applies it to a mobile telecommunication company. enPAM consists of three major criteria in determining process priority for BPM system deployment: business impact, BPM adequateness and implementation feasibility. This framework can be easily modified for other telecommunication businesses, just as we did to suit this telecom case. Moreover, this paper offers useful ideas to companies that are considering the introduction of a BPM solution for process management.
