International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital, 2014, vol. 11, issue 2, 107-126

Abstract: This present study aims to analyse the relationship between quantum learning and organisational fragility. This study seeks to extend the knowledge in the areas of organisational fragility and learning. In terms of purpose, the research is fundamental-developmental and with respect to methodology and method of data collection it falls into the descriptive survey category. Also, the relationships between the research variables are examined correlatively. First, the body of literature on the quantum learning and organisational fragility is reviewed with a view to the identification of useful concepts. The statistical population includes all the faculty members of each facultys management division, especially, with an interest in management and organisational behaviour. Ultimately, 162 faculty members were selected from different universities of the worlds top 200 universities and the top faculty members at the top universities of Iran in the management field. The research employed two sets of questionnaires which were used for exploring the other aspects of the research variables and investigating the relationship between them. The study results show, on a 95% confidence level, that quantum learning has a significant positive impact on organisational fragility and its dimensions.
