Innovation management in Chinese companies: an empirical study

Abstract:
In this article we describe and discuss some empirical results on company-internal capabilities for a successful innovation management. The study is based upon data from a company survey with 173 Chinese Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
