Abstract:
Guangdong Donlim Kitchen Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1988, has changed from a small assembling factory to a leader in the small home appliance industry. This paper studied its development strategy of focus, internationalisation and innovation design. We hope it will be of profound significance for a wide range of manufacturing enterprises in developing economies which are facing the transformation from a cost advantage orientation to a value orientation.
