The pathway on implementation of total innovation management: with the case of SMEs

Abstract: Total innovation management (TIM), a novel paradigm of innovation management in the 21st century, is a complicated system. Its implementation takes a long time and lots of hard work. For the different kinds of enterprises such as large enterprises and SMEs, at different developing stage, various kinds of pathways to implement TIM exist.
