Abstract:
The grey number is an indeterminate number that takes the value within an interval under probability. In this paper, taking multiple time periods, multi-stage solid transportation problem (MSSTP) are formulated and solved under crisp and grey environment. The deterministic forms of the grey constraints of the grey model are so obtained taking six different situations of grey inequality. The interval objective function renewed into two different objective functions and these multi-objectives converted into a single-objective using mean-width technique. The models are illustrated with numerical examples and solved using the LINGO.13.0 optimisation solver.
