Abstract:
This article presents a systematic literature review about critical success factors in supply chain management related to different market scenarios. For the selection of studies, the search terms were supply chain, scenarios, market scenarios, success factors, critical success factors and some combinations among these terms. We used Science Direct, Web of Science and Emerald databases. The selected articles were submitted to bibliometric and content analysis procedures. From the results of the review, we identified the success factors most mentioned in the supply chain management literature and defined the main market scenarios to which such supply chains may be related. The analysis of the relationship between critical success factors and market scenarios in supply chains proved to be an incipient theme, indicating a gap and a research opportunity to be explored.
