Abstract: The tourism industry is one of the most important industries that influences the economy of countries. Thus today, special attention to this industry is a major concern for managers and heads of economy, culture and tourism. Since hotels are one of the main pillars of the tourism industry, their performance should be evaluated with the aim of identifying desirable hotels as well as providing a way to eliminate the weaknesses of disadvantaged hotels. An important point in performance assessment of hotels is consideration of data uncertainty and the need to use an appropriate approach to address this uncertainty. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to use uncertain data envelopment analysis models to measure the performance of hotels under uncertainty. Finally, all of the proposed models are implemented for a real case study in order to measure the efficiency of hotels and then the results will be evaluated.
