John A. Parnell
International Journal of Management and Decision Making, 2002, vol. 3, issue 3/4, 305-318
Abstract:
This study seeks to validate Parnell and Bell's propensity for participative decision making (PPDM) scale and assess similarities and differences with regard to PPDM among management students in China, Mexico and the USA. Empirical results provide support for the scale, but the findings are not conclusive. Conclusions and recommendations for future research are provided.
