Choosing an entrepreneurial development system: the concept and the challenges

Abstract:
This paper presents a discussion on the process of choosing an entrepreneurial development system for a local rural community and region. Background information is provided from which the selection of a number of programme elements available from the literature was made in developing the proposed system. Challenges of implementing the proposed system are presented.
