Business process reengineering and the management accountant

Abstract: This paper focuses on Business Process Reengineering (BPR), an important aspect of organisational change management techniques and the major role of the management accountant in achieving organisational goals and objectives through actively participating in BPR. It reports a research study on an empirically tested model of BPR.
