The impacts of eBay on an information-based economy

Abstract:
Many new Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have emerged due to the internet and have benefited from new tools and business models. eBay has become internationally known for B2C and C2C e-commerce. This paper presents a case study to illustrate eBay's impacts and the tools which facilitate the eBay experience.
