Towards a vibrant automotive museum: an entrepreneurial approach

Abstract:
Many museums struggle to attract patrons and maintain their financial viability while retaining their integrity as institutions among serious curators, collectors and academics. The authors chose a niche player in the museum world, but one with a huge enthusiast base from this to garner additional patronage and present a model for developing and implementing a successful strategy.
