Abstract: The positive growth of operating income before pandemic of covid-19 had been felt by banking industry. The data shows that the pandemic of covid-19 changes the world condition especially the industry. This paper presents a mathematical model on recent data of bank revenue, the number of transactions and the information technology (IT) investment and forecasts future banking revenue, the number of transactions and IT investment for the next few years. The results show that, while there are problems faced in banking industry, the revenue, the number of transactions and the IT investment are significantly increasing. This mathematical model can be used for other industry.
